
Sabine Glaeßner studied German Literature, Philosophy and Theatre Studies at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Freie Universität and Université de Sorbonne in Paris.
After completing her studies, she worked as a junior producer from 2009 to 2015 for Flying Moon Filmproduktion GmbH in the procution of German and International cinema documentaries and feature films. In this context, she was involved in projects as „The Loneliest Planet“ (Julia Loktev), „As Time Goes By in Shanghai“ (Uli Gaulke), „Que Caramba Es La Vida“ (Doris Dörrie), „Imagine Waking Up Tomorrow and All Music Has Disappeared“ (Stefan Schwietert) and „Above And Below“ (Nicolas Steiner). In 2014, she attended the international postproduction workshop EP2C (APostLab).
In 2015, Sabine was production manager for Joroni Produktions- und Verleih GmbH and worked as funding coordinator for the international film workshop Sofa – School of Film Agents of the company Filmplus gUG in 2016.
Since 2017 she works as a freelance consultant for film financing and film funding. In this context, she worked for the distribution of projects as „Hilfe, ich hab meine Eltern geschrumpft“ (Tim Trageser), „Wendy 2 – Freundschaft für immer“ (Hanno Olderdissen), „Liliane Susewind – Ein tierisches Abenteuer“ (Joachim Masannek), „25 km/h“ (Markus Goller), „Tabaluga – Der Film“ (Sven Unterwaldt), „Kalte Füße“ (Wolfgang Groos), „Die Goldfische “ (Alireza Golafshan), „Gut gegen Nordwind“ (Vanessa Jopp), „Die Wolf-Gäng“ (Tim Trageser) and „Narziss und Goldmund“ (Stefan Ruzowitzky).
